However, when we disclose personal information to third- party service providers so that they can perform cross-context behavioral advertisements for our Services, this may be deemed a “share” under the CCPA, and so the right to opt-out applies.
To exercise the right to opt-out, you may do so directly in your mobile application by changing the settings menu on your mobile application by tapping on [Poryphone Menu] -> [Other] -> [Data Usage] and changing the setting of [Providing Usage Information to Third Parties].
