Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as replaced by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale or share of personal information, such as (though not limited to) their user ID, username, device and advertiser identifiers, and other personal information.
When we disclose personal information with third-party service providers so that they can perform business functions for us or on our behalf, this is not considered a “sale” or “share” under the CCPA, and so the right to opt-out does not apply. However, when we disclose personal information to third- party service providers so that they can perform cross-context behavioral advertisements for our Services, this may be deemed a “share” under the CCPA, and so the right to opt-out applies.
To exercise the right to opt-out, you may do so directly in your mobile application by changing the settings menu on your mobile application by tapping on [Poryphone Menu] -> [Other] -> [Data Usage] and changing the setting of [Providing Usage Information to Third Parties]. Alternatively, you (or your authorized representative) may submit the request at email@example.com.
