Current Issue

The following issue is currently occurring in the game.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience this is causing to all fans during this highly anticipated time of celebration.
We are currently working on these issues and have established a timeline for their fixes.
We plan to make these fixes around March 5 to March 10.

We’re sending compensation for these issues so that everyone can enjoy the Double Anniversary of the Pokémon 30-Year Celebration and Pokémon Masters EX’s 6.5-Year Celebration to the fullest.
Note: For players who are currently unable to play due to these issues, we ask that you collect the compensation once the issues have been fixed.

Issue 1

When newly installing the app, progress is halted after the Pokémon Center screen displays, and the game cannot be played.

Issue 2

Under certain conditions, the app will force close when attempting to play a co-op battle.
