About Exclusive Sync Pairs

Fair-Exclusive Sync Pairs, EX Fair–Exclusive Sync Pairs, Master Fair–Exclusive Sync Pairs, EX Master Fair–Exclusive Sync Pairs, Arc Suit Fair–Exclusive Sync Pairs, Seasonal Sync Pairs, Costume Sync Pairs, Variety Sync Pairs, and Mix Sync Pairs may appear outside of the corresponding Sync Pair Scouts in the future as well.
About the Appearance Rate for Each Sync Pair Scout

Featured sync pairs have a higher chance of appearing than non-featured 5★ sync pairs.

Featured Sync Pairs as well as other Sync Pairs may appear.

To check the available sync pairs and their respective offering rates, go to the Offering Rate section on the Sync Pair Scout screen.

About Each Sync Pair Scout’s Presents

You may be able to receive items as presents according to the number of times you use the Sync Pair Scout or by teaming up with featured Sync Pairs.

You can view the Present Details by tapping the Present! or Present Details item icon on the Sync Pair Scout screen.

The number of times you use it will determine the presents sent to your Present Box.

The items you acquire when you team up with Sync Pairs will be sent to the Temp Storage tab of the Present Box.

There are two types of Tickets received from Sync Pair Scout presents: those you can check from the Bag and those you cannot.
-
Among the Tickets you receive as presents from Sync Pair Scouts, those that cannot be viewed from your Bag can be checked on the corresponding Sync Pair Scout screen.
About Each Sync Pair Scout That Uses Exclusive Scout Tickets

This Scout is only available by using Tickets.
-
When the Sync Pair Scout period ends, leftover Scout Tickets that can be checked from the Bag will be converted into Coins (10 Coins per item) and sent to your Present Box.

Please be aware that Tickets for Scouts that cannot be checked from the Bag will become unusable after the Sync Pair Scout period ends.
-
Each Sync Pair Scout that uses specific Scout Tickets may have a different event period from other Sync Pair Scouts being held at the same time.

The period during which you can obtain exclusive Scout Tickets may differ from the Sync Pair Scout period.
About Sync Pairs Available to Select in the Sync Pair Scout

When you can select and obtain a Sync Pair via a Sync Pair Scout, please check the Sync Pair Scout screen in advance to see which Sync Pairs you can choose from.

The Sync Pairs can only be claimed for a limited time. They cannot be claimed after the period ends.
Update Times, Attempt Limits, and More for Each Sync Pair Scout

For Sync Pair Scouts that have a limited number of times they can be used per day, the limit is reset every day at the following time.
Reset Time: 11:00 p.m.

Certain Scouts may have a limited number of times they can be used, so please check the scout button on the Sync Pair Scout screen for details.

Certain Scouts can only be used with Paid Gems, so please check the scout button on the Sync Pair Scout screen for more information.
Tiered Scouts

You cannot gain Scout Points in the Tiered Scout.

In Tiered Scouts, each time you perform a Sync Pair Scout, you will proceed to the next tier. Once you’ve gone through every tier, it will no longer appear on the Sync Pair Scout selection screen.

Each tier is only available once and will not reset.
-
The tier completion progress for this Sync Pair Scout will be reset when it closes.

Mix Scouts

The Mix Scout is a special Sync Pair Scout featuring various Sync Pairs that have appeared in the past.

The ×1, ×3, and ×5 scouts can each be used once per day.

The Mix Scout is a Sync Pair Scout that is planned to return multiple times after the previous one has ended. The Scout Points you earn will be carried over each time.

The featured Sync Pairs and appearing Sync Pairs may be updated with each instance.
Monthly Poké Fair Scout

In the Monthly Poké Fair, one Fair-Exclusive Sync Pair will be featured, and the spotlight sync pair will change each month.

Also, as part of the monthly update, the Sync Pairs included in the Sync Pair Scout may be updated as well.

The volume number will also be updated each month, and your Scout Points will be reset with each update.
Note: Multiple Fair-Exclusive Sync Pairs may appear in this Sync Pair Scout, but only one will be featured.
Note: Sync Pairs other than the ones that can be invited to the Trainer Lodge may also appear.
About Seasonal and Costume Scouts

The Sync Pair Story for Sync Pairs featured in each Sync Pair Scout may be the same as previously released event stories. Thank you for your understanding.
Gym Emotes
-
In conjunction with each Sync Pair Scout, Gems with Gym Emotes may be featured for sale.

Some Gym Emotes may not include voices. Thank you for your understanding. You can preview voices on the Shop confirmation screen.

Each Gym Emote will be added to the daily lineup once the featured period ends.

Gems with Gym Emotes can be purchased under With Emotes in the Gems Purchase menu of the Shop.

For information on the Featured Bundle Date/Time, please check With Emotes in Purchase Gems on the Shop menu.
Other Info for Each Sync Pair

Pokémon that have Sync Terastallized will only appear in some scenes, such as battles. Please note that they will not appear in the Pokémon Center.

The aura behind the Trainer of Arc Suit sync pairs will only display during some scenes, such as when performing a Sync Move. Please note that it will not be displayed in locations such as the Pokémon Center.

To unlock the sync grid, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
-
Sync Pairs that have the ability to be raised to 6★ EX can be upgraded using certain items.
-
To upgrade to 6★ EX, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
-
Some Sync Pairs can be changed to their EX Style once they’ve been raised to 6★ EX.
-
Some Sync Pairs will add songs to the Jukebox when raised to 6★ EX.
-
You can use certain items to unlock the EX Role for Sync Pairs that have one.
-
If an EX Role is added to a Sync Pair you have already teamed up with, they will be updated so that they have an EX Role available to unlock.

To unlock the EX Role, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
-
Sync Pairs with Superawakening added will have it unlocked after they reach move level 5. You can then raise their Superawakening level.

To unlock Superawakening, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
Log-in Bonuses

To claim Log-in Bonuses that give Scout Tickets, you must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.

Log-in bonuses are sent to your Present Box.

Log-in bonuses can only be claimed during the specified time period.

Log-in bonuses sent to the Present Box can only be claimed for a limited period of time.

Log-in bonuses can only be claimed once per day.

Log-in bonuses are reset each day at 11:00 p.m. If you are already logged in, you will need to return to the Pokémon Center and claim them from your Present Box.
