In “Marvelous Mega 7 Years: Pacify Rogue Mega Evolutions,” special rules that give you an advantage when you Mega Evolve are applied to battles.
You can form a team with multiple Sync Pairs that can Mega Evolve, then Mega Evolve your allies to gain the upper hand in battle!

Special Rules

The following three special rules will be applied during battles in this event.

Mega Rule: Mitigate

When the opponent is hit by an attack from Sync Pairs that have not Mega Evolved:
Reduces damage by 80%

Mega Rule: Accelerate

Reduces the Sync Move countdown for allied sync pairs by 6 under the following conditions:

• When the battle starts
• When each ally Mega Evolves

Mega Rule: Inflict

Grants all of the following effects when an ally Mega Evolves:

• Lowers the target’s Defense and Sp. Def by 3 stat ranks
• Makes the target flinch
• Applies the Physical Move Break effect and Special Move Break effect to the target

Strategy Tips

The opponent will use a powerful Move after using their Sync Move, so try utilizing Mega Rule: Inflict to make your opponent flinch and disrupt their moves!
