Missions Issues

These issues have been resolved.
Note: Fixes will be reflected after updating the app to version 1.5.5 or higher.
The exact time the update becomes available may differ for each player.

Compensation

All players have received the following compensation:

  • Daily Voucher x 22
  • Redeemable until 2/14/2020 at 9:59 p.m.

  • Updated: 1/14/2020 at 10:00 p.m.

    Issue Details 1

    The message for receiving the "Reward for completing all missions (Gems x 30)" will display each time the following conditions are met.

    • You collected the "Reward for completing all missions" for Daily Missions between 12/24/2019 at 10:00 p.m. - 12/25/2019 at 9:59 p.m.
    • After 12/25/2019 at 10:00 p.m., complete any Event, General, or Daily Mission.
    • Collect rewards using the Claim All button.
    Gems from the repeating message cannot actually be collected.

    Issue Details 2

    When the following conditions are met, the Daily mission "Talk to a Trainer in the Pokémon Center" does not get reset and the reward for that mission cannot be claimed.

    • Talk to a Trainer in the Pokémon Center before the daily reset time.
    • After the daily reset time, talk to a Trainer without passing through the Title or Missions screens.
    Note: Since this mission is not reset, it is deemed completed and it is still possible to claim the reward for completing all Daily missions.
    Note: We are planning compensation for this issue at a later date.
