Legendary Event Adjustments

Thank you for your feedback on the various content of the game.
We are preparing compensation related to Legendary Events that are scheduled to return in the future. This compensation is for some upcoming design changes and adjustments that will affect players who have used specific items on specific event Sync Pairs.
Please see below for details.

Adjustments for Returning Legendary Events

As we mentioned in a previous notification, we are making adjustments to the Exchange Items menu, as well as Mission and Prize Box rewards, so that 5★ Power-Ups and other items for event Sync Pairs are obtainable. This will ensure that the move levels and potential of all Sync Pairs obtainable from events can be raised to their maximum amounts, including Silver & Ho-Oh, Cyrus & Palkia, and other Sync Pairs whose move level and potential could not be raised using event rewards the first time their events were held.

Compensation for the Adjustments

For players who have used standard 5★ Strike Move Candies or 5★ Power-Ups on the 2 Sync Pairs mentioned above, whose move levels and potential could not be raised the previous time their events were held, we are offering the following compensation.

Players Eligible for Compensation

Players who used 5★ Strike Move Candies or 5★ Power-Ups on Silver & Ho-Oh or Cyrus & Palkia between a certain date and time.

Compensation

The following items will be sent to eligible players.

• 5★ Strike Move Candies equal to the number that were used on eligible Sync Pairs.
• 5★ Power-Ups equal to the number that were used on eligible Sync Pairs.

Our system will check to see if players used the above items on the eligible Sync Pairs as of certain version updates, then send the specified items based on how many were used up to that time.
Note: Items used after the above compensation is sent will not apply for further compensation. Please wait for the events to return and use the items that are obtainable from those events.

• Silver & Ho-Oh
• Cyrus & Palkia

Claim Period for Silver & Ho-Oh Items

Until January 20, 2021 at 10:59 p.m.

Note: Items can be claimed after updating the app to Ver. 2.4.0 or higher.

Claim Period for Cyrus & Palkia Items

Until March 23, 2021 at 10:59 p.m.

Note: Items can be claimed after updating the app to Ver. 2.6.0 or higher, which is scheduled to be released in late February.
