A Message from the Pokémon Masters EX Team (Vol. 82)
Greetings, Trainers.
I’m Tetsuya Iguchi, producer of Pokémon Masters EX, here with a new message for you.
Today, we’ll focus on details about events beginning around the end of November and the new Sync Pairs that will debut.
Neo Champions: Facing the Future with Fight will begin on November 27, 2025!
N becomes the head judge and announces the start of the next Neo Champion Stadium!
The judging criteria this time is A Future for People and Pokémon.
Hilbert is determined to find his own answer, while Hilda is fired up with ambition to become the next Neo Champion!
Hilbert and Hilda not only appear in their Champion outfits in this event but will also debut as EX Master Sync Pairs!
Scouting in the EX Master Fair allows you to team up with a wider variety of Sync Pairs, so you can reinforce your team’s power to a certain extent.
Hilbert (Champion) & Kyurem are an Ice-type Field Sync Pair. Their EX Role is Strike.
Hilbert’s partner Kyurem is a Shiny White Kyurem!
The first time their Pokémon uses a status move, their Sudden Whiteout Passive Skill creates an EX Ice Zone and reduces the Sync Move countdown by one.
It also lets them attack while ignoring the target’s Passive Skills that would reduce damage and protect the target against a critical hit, as well as the target’s Enduring effect.
Also, their Ultracold Air Passive Skill lowers the target’s Sp. Def by three stat ranks and increases their own Special Moves ↑ Next effect by three ranks when their attack move is successful.
Their Absolute Zero Ice Burn Buddy Move, which attacks all opponents, normally puts Hilbert (Champion) & Kyurem in a ready-to-attack posture and requires a second use to actually perform the attack. However, if their Special Moves ↑ Next effect has been increased, they can attack immediately, skipping the posture.
In addition, their Hero in White’s Glory! Trainer Move can reduce their Sync Move countdown by two, increase an ally’s Special Moves ↑ Next effect by three ranks, and increase an ally’s Sync Move ↑ Next effect by five ranks.
Hilda (Champion) & Iron Leaves are a Psychic-type Strike Sync Pair. Their EX Role is Sprint!
When a terrain applies to the field of play, their Buddy Move gets powered up, and one of their Passive Skills powers up their Sync Move and protects them against critical hits.
Their Shining Sword Psyblade Buddy Move attacks all opponents, and its power increases 50% when a terrain applies to the field of play. If a terrain is already active, it can also apply that same terrain again.
On top of that, their Shining Blades of the Future Passive Skill can reduce their Sync Move countdown by one and increase their Physical Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks when they use their Booster Energy Trainer Move or when an ally applies Electric Terrain.
They can also apply Electric Terrain themselves with their Glory of the Burning Fight! Trainer Move.
You can take on Mega Charizard Y in co-op battles in this event!
Also, Lance & Charizard will arrive in the Variety Scout!
Lance’s Charizard will become Mega Charizard Y when they use their Sync Move.
On the same day, we’re starting a Log-in Bonus that offers a Ticket which lets you team up with Sygna Suit Red & Charizard guaranteed!
Plus, to go along with the event, Arc Suit Leon & Charizard will return.
This is the first return of an Arc Suit Fair–Exclusive Sync Pair, so don’t miss them!
A Legendary Gauntlet where you battle Tapu Bulu, Entei, and Moltres is scheduled to start on December 4, 2025.
A one-time-only Sync Pair Scout that lets you select one Fair-Exclusive Sync Pair will start to accompany the Legendary Gauntlet, so we hope you’ll check it out.
Starting November 30, 2025, you’ll be able to invite Hilda as your Guest to the Trainer Lodge!
To invite Hilda, you’ll need to team up with Hilda & Tepig first.
You can team up with Hilda & Tepig from various Sync Pair Scouts, so be sure to invite her once you’ve teamed up with this Sync Pair.
You can now exchange Move Candy Coins and Roll Cake Coins for Move Candies and Roll Cakes on the Sync Pair upgrade screen.
With this update, you’ll be able to quickly upgrade your Sync Pairs without needing to go to the Shop’s Exchange Items menu.
Our next message is scheduled for late December.
In it, we plan to share some details about what we have in store for the New Year’s holiday season.
We’re always working hard to deliver updates and improvements that make the world of Pokémon Masters EX as fun as possible.
We prioritize Trainers’ feedback throughout the development process, so don’t hesitate to let us know what you think.
Until next time, thank you for playing Pokémon Masters EX.
