A Message from the Pokémon Masters EX Team (Vol. 93)

Greetings, Trainers.
I’m Tetsuya Iguchi, producer of Pokémon Masters EX, here with a new message for you.
In this message, we’ll discuss events and new Sync Pairs that will arrive for the run-up.

The Run-Up to 7 Begins!

Pokémon Masters EX will soon reach its seven-year anniversary!
Ahead of our seven-year anniversary events, the run-up starts today!

This time, Trainers and Mega Evolution Pokémon from Pokémon Legends: Z-A will make their much-anticipated debut in Pokémon Masters EX.
To celebrate, we’re calling our seven-year anniversary the Marvelous Mega Anniversary, and it’ll be jam-packed with events and rallies.
Let’s celebrate together!

Marvelous Mega Run-Up to 7 Team MZ Joins the Fray Is Coming

Marvelous Mega Run-Up to 7 Team MZ Joins the Fray starts on August 13, 2026!

Harmony, one of the main characters of Pokémon Legends: Z-A, will debut along with Urbain, the leader of Team MZ!
They’re ready to start helping people on Pasio right away, so check them out!

Plus, in this event, you can get Tickets for the 10-Pair Scout (Fair-exclusive pairs included!) and 10-Pair Scout (Fair-exclusive pair guaranteed!), which we’ll discuss later in this message.
Obtaining them all will give you enough Tickets for 70 uses of the Sync Pair Scout. At least one Fair-Exclusive Sync Pair is guaranteed, so we hope you’ll give them a try.

Harmony & Feraligatr and Urbain & Meganium appear in the event’s story and will also arrive as EX Fair–Exclusive Sync Pairs.

Harmony & Feraligatr

Harmony & Feraligatr are a Water-type Sprint Sync Pair. Their EX Role is Strike.
They can apply Kalos Circle (Physical), and after using their Sync Move, their Feraligatr will Mega Evolve and become Mega Feraligatr.

Let’s take a look at the effects of their main Passive Skills.

  • Reduces the MP for their Kalos Passion by one and grants all of the following effects after their team uses a Sync Move:
    ・Applies Kalos Circle (Physical) to the allied field of play
    ・Increases their Physical Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks
    ・Increases the Physical Moves ↑ Next effect of all allied Sync Pairs by one rank
  • Grants all of the following effects the first time they use their Sync Move:
    ・Applies the Physical Move Break effect to all opposing Sync Pairs
    ・Increases their Physical Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks
  • Powers up their Sync Move when a circle applies to the allied field of play

◆ About their Massive Jaws Liquidation Buddy Move
MP: n/a, Power: 200 (at move level 1), Target: All opponents
Activation Condition: When their Attack is raised
Deactivation Condition: Cannot be deactivated

  • Lowers the target’s Defense by two stat ranks
  • The power of this move is not lowered even if there are multiple targets

◆ About their Rushing Rapids Aqua Jet Buddy Move
MP: 3, Power: 250 (at move level 1), Target: An opponent
Activation Condition: When they use any move once
Deactivation Condition: Cannot be deactivated

  • Reduces their Sync Move countdown by two
  • Increases their Sync Move ↑ Next effect by five ranks
  • If Feraligatr has Mega Evolved, also increases this attack’s power by 50%

◆ About their With Confidence! Trainer Move
MP: 1, Target: n/a

  • Raises their Attack by six stat ranks
  • Raises their critical-hit rate by three stat ranks
  • Applies Kalos Circle (Physical) to the allied field of play

Urbain & Meganium

Urbain & Meganium are a Grass-type Strike Sync Pair. Their EX Role is Tech.
They can apply Kalos Circle (Special), and after using their Sync Move, their Meganium will Mega Evolve and become Mega Meganium.

Let’s take a look at the effects of their main Passive Skills.

  • Reduces the MP for their Kalos Analysis by one and grants all of the following effects after their team uses a Sync Move:
    ・Applies Kalos Circle (Special) to the allied field of play
    ・Increases their Special Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks
    ・Increases the Special Moves ↑ Next effect of all allied Sync Pairs by one rank
  • Applies the Physical Damage Reduction and Special Damage Reduction effects to the allied field of play when Urbain & Meganium apply Kalos Circle (Special) to the allied field of play
  • Quickly charges the Move Gauge when the Physical Damage Reduction and Special Damage Reduction effects apply to the allied field of play

◆ About their Luxuriant Leaf Storm Buddy Move
MP: n/a, Power: 150 (at move level 1), Target: All opponents
Activation Condition: When their Sp. Atk is raised
Deactivation Condition: Cannot be deactivated

  • Lowers the target’s Sp. Def by two stat ranks
  • The power of this move is not lowered even if there are multiple targets
  • Also lowers the opponent’s Attack by one stat rank when the Physical Damage Reduction effect applies to the allied field of play
  • Also lowers the opponent’s Sp. Atk by one stat rank when the Special Damage Reduction effect applies to the allied field of play

◆ About their Four-Fleur Solar Beam Buddy Move
MP: 3, Power: 150 (at move level 1), Target: All opponents
Activation Condition: When a Kalos Circle is applied to the allied field of play
Deactivation Condition: When there are no longer any Kalos Circles applied to the allied field of play

  • They get ready to attack
  • Using this move again will cause them to leave this posture, then attack
  • No other actions can be taken while they are ready to attack
  • The preparation period is skipped when the weather is sunny or if Meganium has Mega Evolved—then, they will attack right away
  • The power of this move is not lowered even if there are multiple targets
  • This attack’s power increases 50% when the Physical Damage Reduction effect applies to the allied field of play
  • This attack’s power increases 50% when the Special Damage Reduction applies to the allied field of play (This attack’s power is doubled if both the Physical Damage Reduction effect Special Damage Reduction effect apply to the allied field of play)

◆ About their Believe in Our Team! Trainer Move
MP: 1, Target: n/a

  • Raises their Sp. Atk by six stat ranks
  • Raises their critical-hit rate by three stat ranks
  • Applies Kalos Circle (Special) to the allied field of play

Revamping the EX Fair Sync Pair Scout Release Format

The EX Fair Sync Pair Scout release format will be revamped with these arrivals.
The regular Sync Pair Scout will stay the same, and a new “48 Hours! Paid-Gem Scout ×25 EX Fair” will also be available.
This special one-time-only Scout comes with a Superawakening Candy present.

Special Sync Pair Scouts to Celebrate the Marvelous Mega Run-Up to 7 Are Coming!

The Marvelous Mega Run-Up to 7 Fair-Exclusives Only Scout ×7 Poké Fair begins on August 18, 2026. It can be used with Non-paid Gems and lets you team up with seven Fair-Exclusive Sync Pairs guaranteed.
Also, the Marvelous Mega Run-Up to 7: 5★-Select EX Fair-Exclusive Scout ×25 begins on August 20, 2026. It’s the first Sync Pair Scout that lets you select an EX Fair–Exclusive Sync Pair to team up with.
Please note that this Sync Pair Scout can only be used with Paid Gems.
