The following issue is currently occurring in the game.

Issue Details

When using the auto-incubate feature of the Eggcelerator Pass, if an Egg is always kept in the limited-time incubator, which is only usable during an event, the limited-time incubator can continue to be used even after the event has ended.

Occurrence Period

Since July 28, 2020 at 11:00 p.m.

Resolution

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
As a temporary resolution, we have made it so that all players can use the limited-time incubator even outside of the event period.

Future Plans

This issue will be fixed in a future version update.
When this issue is fixed, the limited-time incubator will return to only being usable during certain periods.

This issue is now fixed.
Please note that the limited-time incubator, which is currently available for use, will no longer be useable outside of certain periods as of September 16, 2020 at 10:59 p.m. We appreciate your understanding.
