Regarding a Post on Our Official Japanese Twitter Account

A tweet containing errors was posted on our official Japanese Twitter account (@pokemas_game). We have addressed this as follows.

A tweet containing errors about the 5★-Guaranteed Kanto Special Scout was posted on our official Japanese Twitter account.
The incorrect tweet has been deleted, and a correction has been posted.

Resolution

1. As compensation, players who used the 5★-Guaranteed Kanto Special Scout from when the incorrect tweet was posted until the correction was made will receive Non-paid Gems equal to the number of Gems that they used in the 5★-Guaranteed Kanto Special Scout during that period, as noted in the times below.

September 17, 2021 at 11:05 p.m. - September 18, 2021 at 1:46 a.m.

2. In addition to the above, all players will receive the following as compensation.

Non-paid Gems ×1000

Compensation will be sent to your Present Box beginning September 27, 2021 at 11:00 p.m.
Please note the following collection period for compensation 2, which will be sent to your Present Box.

Compensation 2 Claim Period

September 27, 2021 at 11:00 p.m. - October 27, 2021 at 10:59 p.m.
