Regarding an Issue That Occurred
on Some Android Devices
An issue occurred on some Android devices in which the message, “An error has occurred” was displayed upon starting the game.
Occurrence Date/Time
October 17, 2021 at 6:00 a.m. - October 17, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
Note: This error has now been fixed.
All players will receive 500 non-paid Gems as compensation.
Note: We are planning to send compensation for this issue at a later date.
As compensation for this issue, 500 non-paid gems have been sent to all players.
Compensation can be collected until the following time.
