Updating the app to Ver. 2.54.0 or higher converts items that were previously available into different items.

Before Conversion:

After Conversion:
5★ Custom Move Candy for Steven & Skarmory

Note: The items from after the conversion can also be acquired from the ongoing Special Collaboration Special Kick-Start Event Strong and Reliable Friends.

Players who had 5★ Custom Move Candies for Steven & Metagross before this issue occurred will be sent the same amount of 5★ Custom Move Candies for Steven & Metagross.
These items will be sent sequentially, so if you have not received them yet, please wait a while before checking again.

Note: We will not take back the converted 5★ Custom Move Candies for Steven & Skarmory.
