We would like to update you on the reimbursement distribution for the issue that was announced in this notice.
As we continue to work on this, we have found that it will take longer than initially expected to gather data and complete the process.
As a result, we now expect to distribute the reimbursement no sooner than the end of January 2026.
We deeply regret the delay, and ask that you please wait a little longer.

The following issue is currently occurring in the game.

Issue Details

The effect of a specific tile that was added to 5★ Sygna Suit Lear & Gholdengo’s Sync Grid on October 24, 2025 at 10:00 p.m. is incorrect.

Incorrect:
Increases the Special Moves ↑ Next effect of all allied Sync Pairs by nine ranks when the user applies Pasio Circle (Defensive) to the allied field of play.

Correct:
Increases the Special Moves ↑ Next effect of all allied Sync Pairs by one rank when the user applies Pasio Circle (Defensive) to the allied field of play.

Since October 24, 2025 at 10:00 p.m.

Regarding Reimbursement

Paid Gems and/or Non-paid Gems that were used in the ongoing Triple Feature Master Fair (which started on October 24, 2025 at 10:00 p.m.) from October 24, 2025 at 10:00 p.m. until this notification was released will be returned to players who used this scout.

Scheduled Reimbursement Date:

In order to ensure accuracy, it will take some time to determine which players are eligible for Paid Gems and/or Non-paid Gems returns. It may take up to a month for us to complete the process. We appreciate your patience.
Note: Please be aware that due to system constraints, the timing of the returns may vary for each player. Thank you for your understanding.

Compensation

As compensation for this issue, Gems ×500 and 5★ Move Candies ×4 will be sent to all players.

Scheduled Compensation Date:

The collection period will be one month from the start of distribution, starting around the end of October.
