Current Issue
The following issue is currently occurring in the game.
Under certain conditions, items that should not have been sent may appear in the Temp Storage section of the Present Box, and an error message may display when attempting to collect them.
★ We ask all players who are experiencing this issue to contact us (details below) so we can work with you individually to resolve it.
Since January 27, 2026 at 9:00 p.m.
We are currently working to resolve this issue so that no new display issues occur.
This issue will not occur for players who log in after updating the app once the issue has been resolved.
However, for players who had already experienced the issue before the resolution, we ask that you contact us (details below) so that we can individually address the display issue.
Note: If this issue has already occurred for you, updating the app to the fixed version will not resolve the incorrect Gems display issue.
We ask players who are experiencing this issue to please access Other → Customer Support → Inquiries via the Poryphone Menu and send us a message including “Daily Gem Bundle EX issue fix request.”
