Current Issue

The following issue is currently occurring in the game.

Issue Details

Under certain conditions, items that should not have been sent may appear in the Temp Storage section of the Present Box, and an error message may display when attempting to collect them.

★ We ask all players who are experiencing this issue to contact us (details below) so we can work with you individually to resolve it.

  • Conditions for Occurrence:
    When purchasing the Daily Gem Bundle EX or Daily Gem Bundle EX + without collecting the 20 days of Gems from the Log-in Bonus that is exclusive to purchasers of those bundles, then logging in after 60 days or more have passed.
    Note: This issue may not occur even if the conditions for occurrence are met.

  • What Happens When This Issue Occurs:
    If 60 days pass after purchasing the Daily Gem Bundle EX or Daily Gem Bundle EX +, players can collect all of the remaining Paid Gems from the Log-in Bonus regardless of how many days they logged in.
    These Gems can be collected without any issues or disadvantages.
    In addition to the Gems described above, when this issue occurs, Gems that should not have been sent will appear in the Temp Storage section of the Present Box.
    When attempting to collect these Gems, an error message displays.
    You can close the error message and continue playing the game normally, but this will not resolve the Present Box display issue itself.
    Note: The Gems that display due to this issue are incorrect, and the conditions for obtaining them have not actually been met. Even after the issue is resolved, these Gems will not be granted.

Occurrence Period

Since January 27, 2026 at 9:00 p.m.

Resolution

We are currently working to resolve this issue so that no new display issues occur.
This issue will not occur for players who log in after updating the app once the issue has been resolved.

However, for players who had already experienced the issue before the resolution, we ask that you contact us (details below) so that we can individually address the display issue.
Note: If this issue has already occurred for you, updating the app to the fixed version will not resolve the incorrect Gems display issue.
