Champion Stadium: Steven (Hard Lv. 1 and higher) Battle Tips 2
You can view the basic rules for the Champion Stadium in About Champion Stadium.
Raise the level of your sync pairs to the recommended level for the battle.
To level up beyond Lv. 100, use the Unlock Level Cap menu.
To obtain the items required, head to the Cap-Unlock Area in the Training Area.
Power up your sync pairs even further via their sync grids. Simply use the Co-op Sync Orbs available in the Sync Orb Area of the Training Area.
There are various ways to upgrade your sync pairs, so choose whatever suits you.
Create teams with sync pairs that share the same themes and target your opponents’ weaknesses.
Use Theme Skills to make your sync pairs even stronger.
Switching tactics changes the order your team members are targeted.
A key strategy is to have support sync pairs with higher HP, Defense, or Sp. Def targeted first, and strike sync pairs with higher Attack or Sp. Atk targeted third.
If you defeat an Elite Four or Champion sync pair in the center position first, the Pokémon on the left and right will unleash powerful moves.
So try to defeat the sync pair in the center position last.
Tap an opponent’s Pokémon during battle to switch between targets.
Your opponent uses moves such as Rock Tomb and Bulldoze to lower your Speed and Screech to lower your Defense, so counteract them with Hilbert & Samurott’s Impervious Passive Skill!
Your opponent has a Passive Skill that raises the power of their Moves the more their Defense is raised, so use Nessa & Drednaw’s Razor Shell and Gloria (Dojo Uniform) & Urshifu’s Passive Skill to lower their Defense.
Steven & Aggron will use Metal Burst after a Sync Move to take up a counterattacking posture, so attack with Sync Moves and Max Moves that will not make them leave the posture.
Note: Sync Pairs listed with an * show the Pokémon in its evolved form.
