Champion Stadium: Hassel (Hard Lv. 1 and higher) Battle Tips 3

You can view the basic rules for the Champion Stadium in How to play the Champion Stadium.

Strategy: Training Sync Pairs

Level up Your Sync Pairs!

Raise the level of your sync pairs to the recommended level for the battle.
To level up beyond Lv. 100, use the Unlock Level Cap menu.
To obtain the items required, head to the Cap-Unlock Area in the Training Area.

Use the Sync Grid Effectively!

Power up your sync pairs even further via their sync grids. Simply use the Co-op Sync Orbs available in the Sync Orb Area of the Training Area.
There are various ways to upgrade your sync pairs, so choose whatever suits you.

Strategy: Forming Your Team

Unleash Theme Skills!

Create teams with sync pairs that share the same themes and target your opponents’ weaknesses.
Use Theme Skills to make your sync pairs even stronger.

Master Tactics!

Switching tactics changes the order your team members are targeted.
A key strategy is to have support sync pairs with higher HP, Defense, or Sp. Def targeted first, and strike sync pairs with higher Attack or Sp. Atk targeted third.

Strategy: Battle Basics

Defeat Opponents in the Center Last!

If you defeat an Elite Four or Champion sync pair in the center position first, the Pokémon on the left and right will unleash powerful moves.
So try to defeat the sync pair in the center position last.
Tap an opponent’s Pokémon during battle to switch between targets.

Strategy: Battle Tips

Recommended Fighting Style

  • Prepare yourself for your opponent’s Dragon Zone!
  • Prepare yourself for your opponent’s raised Attack and Sp. Atk!

Recommended Sync Pairs and Tactics

  • #1: Gloria (Anniversary 2025) & Cinderace
  • #2: Perrin & Growlithe
  • #3: Silver (Champion) & Tyranitar

Your opponent will turn the field of play’s zone into a Dragon Zone upon entering the battle and right before using their Sync Move, so use Gloria (Anniversary 2025) & Cinderace’s Memories of Battling Rock Types Passive Skill to turn the zone into a Rock Zone, or use Perrin & Growlithe’s Pebbly Rock Slide to turn the zone into an EX Rock Zone!

Hassel & Noivern use a Passive Skill to raise their Attack and Sp. Atk and use X Sp. Atk All after a Sync Move to raise their Sp. Atk, so use Gloria (Anniversary 2025) & Cinderace’s Rutile Tera Blast to lower their Attack and Sp. Atk!
