About Updates to Streak Bonus Products

Streak bonus products such as the Daily Gem Bundle EX will be discontinued and are being replaced by the Pokémon Masters Pass and Premium Pass. You can check out The Pokémon Masters Pass and Premium Pass Debut! for more information.

Note: Players who purchase streak bonus products before the sales period ends will continue to receive the remainder of their streak bonus even after the product is no longer being sold, and they will receive the reward boost until its bonus period ends.
Note: Even if you have purchased a streak bonus product before its sales period has ended, you can still purchase a Pokémon Masters Pass and Premium Pass.
Note: If you purchase a Pokémon Masters Pass during the Daily Gem Bundle EX or Battle Point Boost Pass bonus period, the Sync Orb Reward Boost and Battle Point Boost Pass for your Pokémon Masters Pass will not activate. The Co-op Sync Orb ×18,000 and Battle Point ×1,200 that can be acquired from the Sync Orb Reward Boost and Battle Point Boost Pass in the Pokémon Masters Pass will be sent to your Present Box instead.

About the Gem Special

The following products will no longer be available for purchase.

• Monthly gem special (limit 1)
• Monthly gems (limit 5) + Limited-Time 5★ Power-Up present
• Monthly gems (limit 10) + co-op sync orb present
• Monthly gift gems (limit 1)

In conjunction with this change, the following products have been added.

• The Weekly gems (limit 3) + co-op sync orb present has been added.

Also, we are planning on making changes to the products listed below.

• The amount of Non-paid Gems for the Weekly gift gems (limit 1) has been changed from 100 to 200.

Fair-Exclusive 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout

• 5★ Carmine & Sinistcha have been added to the Fair-Exclusive 5★-Guaranteed Ticket Scout.

About Trainer Gyms’ New Season

See the new season’s times below.
Work with your fellow gym members to complete the Gym Missions and aim for the highest Gym Rank!
In addition, the following updates will be made in conjunction with the start of the new season:

• The Gym Scout Tickets that can be exchanged in the Monthly tab of the gym exchange have been changed to Gym Scout Tickets B.
• The Gym Scout Tickets that can be obtained as Gym Rank rewards have been changed to Gym Scout Tickets B.

Issue Resolved

We have addressed the following issue.

Issue Details

By performing a certain series of actions, incorrect information was displayed on the scout buttons of some Sync Pair Scouts.
Note: The information displayed on the confirmation screen after pressing the scout button was correct.

As compensation for this issue, the following items have been sent to all players.

Other Updates

• The banner in the upper left corner of the Pokémon Center has been removed.
• Made adjustments to some portions of the Skill Gear screen.
• Improved how Sync Pair icons are displayed on the Upgrades screen.
• Made some changes to the rules regarding Trainer Gym leader permissions. Please refer to the Establishing, Joining, Leaving, or Disbanding section in Tips for more details.
• Set phrases have been added to the Trainer Gym message board.
• Made minor text changes.
• Other minor bug fixes and improvements have been implemented.
